Our featured speaker was Chellie Pingree - Representing Maine's First District who spoke on how the Affordable Care Act impacts Maine citizens and nursing. Also for our education and enterntainment we greatly enjoyed: B.O.A.T.I.N.G, a play authored and presented by Jill Bixby, APRN, MS, MA, CHPN (click here to learn more about the play)

The recipient will be pampered to a Chemical Peel, Microderm Abrasion and Skin Firming Treatment, and Daytime Makeup application with our expert makeup artist, Elizabeth Liscomb. This is a $300 value! All proceeds to go into the Student Nurse Scholarship Fund. $220 was raised through this event. Thank you so very much Elizebeth!
Silent Auction: There were so many quality items and many hand made. The total raised for the Student Nurses Scholarship fund from the Silent Auction sales combined with the raffle tickets was over $1100. Thanks to everyone's hard work and efforts to make this year's Annual Meeting a huge success.
Also many thanks to the University of Maine at Augusta for allowing us to use their campus facilities. The rooms, the service, the tech support and the food was all terrific.
